January 19, 2006

Reunited New Jersey metallers ATTACKER will play their first show of 2006 at Connections in Clifton, New Jersey on Saturday, April 29. The event will celebrate the release of the band's new album "The Unknown", due on April 11 via Sentinel Steel Records. The album will be released on CD and classic vinyl.

As previously reported, a brand-new ATTACKER track, entitled "This Is Power", has been posted online at this location. The song comes off "The Unknown", advance copies of which will be on sale at the very site where the band solidified their comeback, at the Keep It True Festival in Germany on Saturday, April 8 — three days before the album's worldwide release on April 11.

ATTACKER will be on tour in Europe starting on Saturday September 16 with a headlining appearance at the Swordbrothers Festival in Andernach, Germany. Stops will also include Italy, Greece and Belgium. The European trek will be sponsored by Eat Metal Records.
